You can return your items* using our return label system.

Returns from France are free of charge (except for refunds, where a €3.90 VAT contribution applies). You can request a return of your items within 30 days of receiving your order**.

You can register your return directly by visiting this page. 

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, pouch). 

If you ordered a pack, it must be returned in its entirety.

**Holiday Season Note: Christmas is coming, and we understand it can be useful to return an item after the holidays. All orders placed from November 1st onward will benefit from an extended 60-day return period. 

Return Processing Time

Your return will be processed within 15 days from the date our warehouse receives the package.

Return Fees : 

• Free from France (except for refunds, where a €3.90 VAT contribution applies)
• €5 from EU countries
• €15 from the rest of the world
