📋 Conditions

Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, pouch).

If you ordered a pack, it must be returned in full.

Returns are free of charge, except in the case of a refund, where a €3.90 incl. VAT fee applies.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

If your item has been washed, is stained (makeup, deodorant, other marks, etc.), or has a strong smell (perfume, cooking, etc.), it will be sent back to you after our customer service team contacts you to confirm your return address for reshipment.

❗Special cases

Gift items included in your cart: if you request a refund, any gifted item must also be returned if your order no longer meets the promotion conditions.

Embroidered/personalised items: any item customised at the time of order cannot be returned.
⚠️ These return conditions do not apply to personalised items.

🕒 Timeframes

You have 30 days after receipt to complete your return.

Once your parcel has been received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 15 working days.

🪙 Fees

• Free from France (except refunds, where a €3.90 fee applies)
• €5 from EU countries
• €15 from the rest of the world
