Once confirmed, your order is sent to our logistics team. It is no longer possible to modify it : whether the address, the products, or any custom embroidery.

It is also impossible for us to cancel the order, as it is usually already being prepared.

Once you receive your order, you can make a return free of charge (from France and most EU countries) by following the return procedure in your customer account.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
