✏️ Modification request

Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our logistics partner for preparation.

It is therefore no longer possible to modify it (delivery address, products, or embroidery).

👉 However, if your order contains one or more pre-order items, a modification may sometimes be possible. In this case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at ([email protected])


❌ Cancellation request

For the same reasons, we are unfortunately unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed, as it is usually already being prepared.

👉 If your order includes one or more pre-order items, cancellation may sometimes be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at ([email protected]).


If your order does not contain any pre-order items, no cancellation can be made.

Once you receive your order, you will still be able to return it (free of charge from France, excluding refunds) by following the dedicated procedure in your customer account.

You have 30 days after receipt to make your return.
