Can I change or cancel my order ?Updated 12 days ago

Once confirmed, your order is sent to our logistics team. It is no longer possible to modify it : whether the address, the products, or any custom embroidery.

It is also impossible for us to cancel the order, as it is usually already being prepared.

You can make a return free of charge (excluding refunds) from France as soon as you receive your order by following the return procedure from this section. 

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
