How to return your order ?Updated a month ago

đTo register your return, please follow these steps via this page (no login required):
Click on âMake a returnâ and have your order number and email address ready.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for the return (size issue, quality, fit, or colour).
- Select your preferred return option: store credit, refund, or exchange (if stock is available).
- Confirm your return.
â Once your return request is confirmed:
- Print your Chronopost return label.
- Place your items in their original packaging.
- Drop off your return parcel at a Chronopost Pick-up relay point.
đŁ Please note:
- Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, pouch). If you ordered a pack, it must be returned in full.
- Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Returns are free of charge (except for refunds, where a âŹ3,90 contribution applies).
For store credit and refunds, a confirmation email will be sent.
If you purchased from a partner, please follow the return procedure directly on their platform (Veepee, Galeries Lafayette, etc.).
