How to return your order ?Updated an hour ago



The holidays are coming, and so is gift season! We know it can be helpful to return an item after the holidays. That’s why all orders placed from November 1st onward will have an extended 60-day return period.

This way, if your loved ones want to exchange or return their gift after Christmas, it will be completely possible.


To initiate your return from this page (without logging in), here’s how :


Click “Make a Return” and have your order number and email address ready.

  • Select the product(s) you want to return.

  • Choose the reason for the return (size, quality, fit, or color).

  • Select the return option: store credit, refund, or exchange (if available in stock).

  • Confirm your return.



Once your return request is confirmed : 


  • Print your Chronopost return label.

  • Place your items in their original packaging.

  • Drop off your return at a Pick-up Chronopost location.



📣 Please note : 


  • Products must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, pouch). If you ordered a pack, it must be returned in its entirety.

  • Embroidered products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Returns are free within France (except for refunds, where a €3.90 incl. tax contribution applies).

You will receive a confirmation email for store credits and refunds.
