Can I change or cancel my order ?
Once confirmed, your order is sent to our logistics team. It is no longer possible to modify it : whether the address, the products, or any custom embroidery. It is also impossible for us to cancel the order, as it is usually already being prepared.
Is your item defective?
If you have an issue with a product you received, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to provide your order reference along with photos of the defective item. This will help us determine whether it is a manufacturing defect. Addi
