đŠ Delivery times:
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 48 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the end-of-year holiday period.
If your order is placed before midday on a working day, it may be shipped the same day. During busy periods, preparation may take 48 to 72 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcelâs journey.

Please allow a few extra days for your order to be prepared, as time is needed to complete the embroidery. This timeframe may vary depending on the period (longer during Christmas, for example) and is indicated in your basket under the product.
