Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the holiday season.
If an order is placed before noon on a regular weekday, it will usually be shipped the same day. During busy periods, preparation may take up to 48–72 hours.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress.
Please note that these timelines do not apply to personalized embroidery services, which may require up to 4 business days for preparation.
