đ 1. Check my order status
Go to your customer account to check the status of your order.
Two possible statuses :
- Order not processed: Order not shipped (waiting to be prepared or currently being prepared)
- Order processed: Order shipped
đ 2. Understanding the status
đ Order not processed
Your order has been registered, but it has not yet been shipped. It may be waiting to be prepared or currently being prepared before dispatch.
It has not yet been handed over to the carrier (order processed).
đ€ Order processed
Good news! đ Your order has been shipped.
You have received a shipping confirmation email containing:
- your tracking number
- a link to track your parcel
Please note: If you selected delivery to a pickup point, the pickup code will be sent to you by the carrier in a separate email.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its delivery.

đ What is the difference between preparation time and delivery time?
Preparation time is the time needed to process and prepare your order before shipping.
Delivery time is the transport time once your order has been shipped.
Both times must be added together to estimate the total delivery time.
đŠ Order preparation
On average: 48 working hours (excluding pre-order items and embroidered items)
Please note: If a product is embroidered/customised, preparation time is extended up to 3â4 working days.
âł Delivery times (indicative)
They vary depending on the selected method:
- Standard delivery: usually 2 to 5 working days after shipping
- Express (Chronopost): usually 24 to 48 hours
Delays may occur during peak periods (sales, holidays, special operations)

đ§” Embroidered / personalised product
The delivery time is longer because the item is specially made and customised for you.
Preparation time may be extended before shipping (up to 3â4 working days).
đ Pre-order items
The item is not immediately available. The availability date is shown on the product page after selecting the size.
The order is prepared/shipped within this timeframe. An email is sent when the order is dispatched with the tracking link and number.
