Where is my order ?Updated 2 hours ago


To check the status of your order, all you need to do is log into your customer account.

There are two possible options of the order status : Processed or Not porcessed

If your order is "Processed" :

This means that your order is ready and has been shipped. 😃 

We travel across France and even the world to reach you through our four delivery options:

  • Colis Privé

  • Mondial Relay

  • Click and Collect

  • Chronopost Express

To track your order, you can simply click on the link below and enter your order tracking number (sent in your shipping email) or provide your email address and postal code.


My order is "Not Processed":

If your order shows as Not Processed in your account, it means the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Orders are usually shipped within the first 48 hours.

Preparation times may be longer if:

  • One or more items are personalized / embroidered

  • One or more items are on pre-order

  • It’s a busy period (holidays, Father’s Day, etc.)


Pre-order items:

If an item in your order was marked as Pre-order at the time of confirmation, rest assured it will be delivered very soon.

The product’s availability date is displayed on the product page after selecting the size.

The order will be prepared starting from the indicated date. As soon as it is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link and tracking number.
