Once your return parcel is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check to verify the condition of the returned items.
This step may take up to 15 working days from the date of receipt at our warehouse, as each return is processed individually with care.

💳 Credit card: The refund is issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Depending on your bank’s processing times, the refund may take up to 48 hours to appear after validation of your return in our warehouse.

💌 Store credit: You will receive a credit code by email as soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse.
