Once your return package has been received at our warehouse, it goes through a quality control process to check the condition of the returned items.
This step can take up to 15 working days, as each return is carefully inspected one by one.

The refund to your card can take up to 48 hours after your return has been validated in our warehouse.

Choosing store credit is the fastest way to receive your refund. You’ll get a credit code by email immediately after we’ve processed your return in our warehouse.
