đŠSteps of my return
The tracking update will display one of the following four statuses, shown here in chronological order:
đŠTo be dropped off: the return has been registered online but has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Please drop the parcel off at the selected drop-off point.
đ In transit: your return has been collected by the carrier and is on its way to our warehouse.
đ At the warehouse: the return has been received at our warehouse and is ready to be processed. This step may take up to 15 working days. Each return is carefully checked individually, which may slightly extend the processing time.
