Understanding Your Return StatusUpdated a month ago

Tracking updates will show one of the four possible statuses. Here they are in chronological order :
Awaiting Pickup / Drop-off: Your return has been created online but has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Please drop off your package at the selected pickup point.
In Transit: Your return has been collected by the carrier and is on its way to our warehouse.
At the Warehouse: Your return has been received at our warehouse and is ready to be processed. This step can sometimes take up to 15 business days, as each return is carefully inspected, which may slightly extend the processing time.
