🥖 For returns in France:

Returns are free within mainland France for any exchange or store credit.

In the case of a refund request, a fixed fee of €3.90 incl. VAT will be deducted from the refunded amount.

🌎 For returns outside France:

• From EU countries: €5 return fee
• From the rest of the world: €15 return fee
