Option 2: Reactivate / reset your customer account

Go to the registration page and enter the email address linked to your customer account, along with your details and a new password. You will then be able to retrieve your information and order history.

👤Update your email address

You can change your email address from your customer account by following these steps:

• Log in to your account using your usual credentials.
• Go to “My profile” or “My personal information”.
• Click on “Edit email”.
• Enter your new email address.
• Save the changes.
