To begin with, please make sure you are logged into your account. Indeed, to use your promo code or store credit, you must be signed in.

Then, try entering it in the “promo code” section of your shopping cart page. You should then see your discount applied.

If it still does not work, please contact us via the 👉 contact form.

Store credit codes from our boutiques are not valid on our website.

⚠️Our website has recently been updated. As part of this change, we switched internal systems, and some features have been temporarily impacted.

For now, it is not possible to combine gift cards, promo codes, and store credits. We are currently working on developments to enable this in the future. We understand this may be frustrating and we sincerely apologise.
