If your order appears as “payment error” on our site, it means that the order was not successfully registered and you have not been charged.
This usually occurs due to an issue with the payment method used for your order, such as :
- Incorrect card details entered
- Expired card
- Payment limit reached on your account
- Bank authorization code expired
- Your bank has declined the payment or flagged it as potentially fraudulent
