After signing up for our newsletter, the email containing your promo code may sometimes end up in the “Promotions” tab of your inbox. We recommend giving it a quick check there if you don’t see it right away. 😉

A few important points :

• The welcome code is only sent if you haven’t already gone through the process before (subscribe > unsubscribe > resubscribe).

• It’s valid for a short period, so please check the email for exact details.

• It can be used on the entire website, except for discounted items, gift cards, embroidery, and bundles.

A quick technical note :
Our website has recently had a makeover 🎉 (new internal system = new rules). Currently, gift cards, promo codes, and store credit cannot be combined on a single order.

👉 Don’t worry — our team is working on it so it will be possible very soon. In the meantime, multiple orders will be needed to use them separately.
