🎟️ Where is my discount code?

After subscribing to our newsletter, the email containing your promo code may sometimes end up in the “Promotions” tab of your inbox.

So don’t forget to check there if you haven’t received it yet 😉

❗ A few important details:

• The welcome code is only sent if you have not already completed the process before (subscription > unsubscription > re-subscription).
• Its validity period is short: all exact details are provided in the email.
• It is valid sitewide except on discounted products, gift cards, embroidery, and packs.

⚠️ Technical note

Our website has recently been redesigned 🎉 (new internal system = new rules). At the moment, gift cards, promo codes, and store credits cannot be combined within a single order. Our teams are actively working on this so it will be possible soon.

In the meantime, separate orders are required.
