Returns are free within mainland France for any exchange or in-store credit.
If you request a refund, a flat return fee of €3.90 (incl. tax) will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.

For international returns :

• From EU countries : a €5 return fee applies

• From the rest of the world : a €15 return fee applies
