Following a malicious cyber attack that occurred on April 15, 2024, we discovered that certain personal data of our customers was unfortunately stolen by hackers.

No information regarding your account password or payment card details was affected by this incident.

The attack is contained, and we are closely monitoring the situation to detect any potential fraud and to inform our users if necessary.

A formal complaint for unauthorized access to an automated data processing system has been filed, and the incident has been reported to the French data protection authority (CNIL).

What are the consequences of this data theft ?

You may be at risk of spam or phishing campaigns, so please remain vigilant when receiving emails, SMS, or phone calls. 

• Be cautious with communications received via email, SMS, or phone.
• Do not share confidential information, banking details, or other sensitive data through email or SMS.
• We recommend changing your password on your Le Slip Français account as a precaution. As a general rule, it is also advisable to change passwords regularly and use unique, strong passwords.
