Which Products Can Be Embroidered / Personalized ?

Most of our products can be personalized. You will see a “Embroider My Item” button on the product page.

Personalization is also available for products sold in packs.

Where is the Embroidery / Personalization placed ? 

The embroidery is always on the front !

For now, this placement is fixed, but nothing is set in stone, our embroidery options may evolve in the coming months.

For socks and slippers, only one item in the pair will be embroidered, for example :

What Is the Lead Time for Embroidery / Personalization? 

Please allow a few extra days for your order to be prepared while your embroidery is completed! This timeframe may vary depending on the season (for example, longer during Christmas) and is indicated in your shopping cart under your product.

Are Special Characters Allowed ? 

Only letters and numbers are accepted, up to a maximum of 13 characters in total—except for socks, which allow up to 7 characters (including spaces).

The heart symbol is allowed and counts as 3 characters.

Other emojis or symbols cannot be reproduced.
