If you purchased one of our products through a partner site (Veepee, Galeries Lafayette, La Redoute, Showroom, Choose, The Bradery), here’s an important tip:

For any questions, returns, or requests, you’ll need to contact the customer service of the platform where you placed your order.

Why ?

Each partner site manages its own orders (payment, billing, tracking, returns…), so this is the fastest way to get the right answer.

We want to be transparent: if you contact us directly about a purchase made elsewhere, we have to forward your request to the correct platform. That means twice as more emails to process (and slower replies 😅). Since we’re a small team of real humans (not robots with 15 arms 🤲🤖), we do our best to handle every request, but sending it to the right place, makes things much quicker !

In simple words :

  • Purchase on our site = we handle it directly.

  • Purchase on a partner site = contact that site’s customer service.
